Shipping

  • Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you posted.

  • Carriers: We use trusted services like USPS, UPS, or FedEx to get your LEGO® treasures safely to your doorstep.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We try to keep it affordable, and sometimes we throw in free shipping surprises.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns: If you’re not happy with your item for any reason—even if you just changed your mind—we’ll take it back within 30 days of delivery.

  • No Restocking Fees. Ever.

  • Condition: Doesn’t have to be perfect. We want you to be thrilled, not stressed.

  • Custom Orders: Even those can be returned. Just give us a heads-up first so we can make it right.

We’ll cover return shipping on most domestic orders. Just reach out and we’ll email you a prepaid label.
